The project is located in historic downtown Charleston. Designed by Julia Martin of architects Julia F. Martin. This is a row of 6 apartments with a roof terrace and a RainClad bamboo coating for outdoor use. It was completed in 2016 and is the first bamboo material to achieve class A fire.
